Pad Up Menstrual and Sensitization Initiative has commenced the training of ex inmates and some female staffs of Suleja Correction Centre on the production of reusable sanitary pads for inmates. The training which commenced on Monday, the 26^th of October is expected to empower the trainees on the skills needed for their financial sustainability and independence. The empowerment project which is sponsored by The Voice is in partnership with Capio,. and aimed at working towards a better society through empowerment, self-awareness, and love for a natural flow such as menstruation.
